Film Director, Cinematographer and Producer,  Mauricio started his career in 1991. With his brother Fernando Dias, he founded GRIFA FILMES in 1996, an awarded Brazilian film company twice OSCAR® qualified and three times nominated for the International Emmy Awards. In 2019, he founded with Fernando and Tatiana Battaglia B2WIN FILMS INC in Canada, of which he is acting President.

Among his latest films, his first original project to NETFLIX, JOHN OF GOD, on a famous Brazilian spiritual leader accused of rape by hundreds of women, among other crimes, launched in 2021. The series was buzzed on social media during the weeks following its launching, reaching the Top 10 in Brazil and Portugal; and New Species, a scientific adventure documentary that follows renowned scientists as they plan and set off for a major expedition within a still unexplored part of the Amazon Rainforest in search of new species—released in 2018 on ARTE/ZDF (Germany-France), NHK (Japan), Brazilian Theatres and GloboNews.

Specializing in documentary co-productions, international partnerships and business affairs,  Tatiana is a Brazilian film producer with over 25 years of professional marketing, advertising, and film production experience. Co-founder and CEO of B2WIN FILMS INC. in Canada and Head of International Production & Business Affairs at GRIFA FILMES, Brazil, Tatiana's documentaries received many prizes worldwide. They were broadcasted on major global media such as NETFLIX, HBO, ARTE/ZDF, NHK, BBC, CBC, Discovery, NATGEO, Al Jazeera, Globo channels, Canal Brazil, Tv Cultura, CURTA!, Box TV, and Theaters. Among her latest co-productions, the 2022 Brazilian-French award-winning scientific documentary RIOS VOADORES/ LES RIVIÈRES VOLANTES to ARTE FRANCE and TV Cultura; and THE CLEANERS, a German-Brazilian original co-production qualified for Oscar's 2019 shortlist, after receiving numerous awards worldwide.

  Executive Producer, PR and Lecture, Fernando is one of Brazil's most outstanding specialists in the audiovisual market. With his brother Mauricio Dias, he founded GRIFA FILMES in 1996. He supervises the company's content development and new projects, actively negotiating with broadcasters and private and public sectors. He has actively participated in major global documentary markets since 1997, being the former president of the BRAVI (Brazilian Producer’s Association).  In 2006-2009, Fernando created and implemented the first international Brazilian audiovisual award-winning exportation program, Brazilian Content, in partnership with Apex, MINC and Sebrae in Brazil. 

Fernando has been a regular speaker and jury for international pitchings and lectures in the audiovisual field at the most important festivals and audiovisual markets, such as Hot Docs (Toronto, Canada),  Sunny Side of The Doc (La Rochelle, France) and Rio2C (Rio, Brazil).
